Mini Highland Cattle Live Stock Ranch was founded in 2020, inspired by a birthday gift from my dad—the first mini calf I had dreamed of for years. The ranch’s story began with a sick bull calf named Hairy, who was given only a 50% chance of surviving the 2.5-hour drive home. When we got him home, I cared for him like my own baby. Hairy brought me more joy than I could have imagined, and from that moment, I knew I couldn’t live without these fluffy companions. Thanks to Hairy, I discovered my passion for mini cattle. He even became famous for the photos I took of him dressed in a Cardinals uniform and other outfits. Hairy has since found a loving new home in Minnesota, where he’s living his best life with some girlfriends.
